Keith W. Fiveson,
who began his corporate career in 1979, has extensive hands on experience
in marketing and sales development in the retail and aftermarket
industries, telecommunications and CRM contact center market. He is
currently the Principal Consultant and founder of IT Enabled Service
Alliance (ITESA) and a key alliance member of SIIPL in the US market,
providing management consulting services to global enterprises. In
addition, Fiveson has worked with health care and financial industries and
has done business with more than forty (40) countries during his career
with MCI, AT&T, British Telecom and Concert.
Fiveson has over 20 years of experience in building outsourcing,
networking, technology and marketing programs with dozens of Fortune 500
companies and was actively involved in engagements with Citicorp, American
Express, Chase Bank, Merrill Lynch, Aetna, GE Capital and many others.
Fiveson was born in Freeport, Long Island, New York. In 1975, he joined
the U.S. Army, where he traveled throughout the U.S. and Germany. As a
telecommunications expert, he received top-secret level clearance from the
U.S. Government.
Fiveson completed the Fordham University Executive MBA program in
communications. As well, he attended Heidelberg University in Germany and
obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing Communications at St. Peters College,
a private Jesuit College in New Jersey
